Last week I had the delightful opportunity of being interviewed by the incredible Kerry Diamond, founder of the ground-breaking women’s magazine Cherry Bombe.

We talked about how food can challenge stereotypes, cooking as an art, leaping and finding the net, having a love affair with New York, and the importance I place on making people feel energised and hopeful in difficult political times.
